From his uncanny sound-alike vocals that have been featured in television, radio, and global corporate productions, to his tireless devotion to connecting with crowds, Ricky’s voice and charm have made him a beloved fixture in Central Florida’s live entertainment scene.
Ricky and his band Sound Society could be seen all over town throughout the 80’s & 90’s, from the local theme park gigs to a long running house gig at Orlando’s Church St. Station.
In 1998, Ricky founded the award-winning show and dance band The Buzzcatz, a favorite among high-society galas, elegant weddings, and A-list celebrations. Known for their musicianship, style, and versatility, The Buzzcatz have become a gold standard for live event entertainment in Central Florida.
Ricky’s latest reinvention is The Vinyl Highway band—a fresh rebranding of The Buzzcatz; beginning January 2026. This dynamic new concept brings themed concerts to performing arts centers, theaters, and retirement communities throughout the Southeast, offering audiences a nostalgic, high-energy ride through the greatest eras of music.
